IMPORTANT SAFETY RECALL NOTICE

 

 

Dear Valued Customer:

 

We are writing to inform you that we are recalling a LIVACTI Retractable Safety Gate (“LIVACTI Product”) that you purchased from us. LIVACTI is recalling this product because the LIVACTI Product violates the federal safety regulation for expansion gates and expandable enclosures because a child’s torso can fit through the opening between the gate and the floor, posing a risk of serious injury or death due to entrapment hazard..

 

According to our records, you may have purchased a LIVACTI Retractable Safety Gate subject to this recall. For more information, please refer to the CPSC press release link below.

 

You should stop using the LIVACTI Retractable Safety Gate immediately. You are entitled to a full refund by calling us toll-free at 1-833-980-0055 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. PT Monday through Friday or by emailing us at support@livactihome.com.

 

To participate in the recall, you will be asked to destroy the LIVACTI Product by cutting the mesh and disposing of the gates and send a photo of the destroyed products to support@livactihome.com. 

 

We are undertaking this recall in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission.
